Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale apply exclusively between Nutriforce World Limited (hereinafter “We”) and any person visiting or making a purchase via the nutriforce.shop website (hereinafter “the Customer”).
Article 1: Purpose
These conditions aim to define the terms of sale between Nutriforce World Limited and the Customer, from the order to the services, including payment and delivery.
Article 2: Order
Orders are only definitive when the Customer has confirmed his payment on the site. An order confirmation is sent to the Customer by email.
Article 3: Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. Nutriforce World reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the confirmation of the order.
Article 4: Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering, including for pre-order products. The Customer can make the payment by credit card or any other means proposed on the site.
Article 5: Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, within a period of 2 to 10 working days depending on the country of destination. The risks will be borne by the customer from the date on which the ordered products have left our premises, we are not responsible for delivery problems that must be resolved between the customer and the carrier.

Article 7: Right of Withdrawal
Given the perishable nature of the products sold, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, in accordance with current legislation.
Article 8: Liability
Nutriforce World commits to making all necessary efforts to ensure the availability and proper functioning of its services. However, Nutriforce World cannot be held responsible in case of delay or non-performance due to external circumstances.
Article 9: Intellectual Property
All elements of the Nutriforce World site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Nutriforce World Limited. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site.
Article 10: Personal Data
Nutriforce World commits to protecting the personal data of its customers. All personal data concerning the Customer are treated with the strictest confidentiality, in accordance with our privacy policy.
Article 11: Competent Jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to Irish law. In case of dispute, the Irish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
